SAP Functional Lead - OTC
Location : Charlotte, NC - Hybrid
Skills: SAP ERP Sales and Distribution (SD)
Experience Required: Minimum10 Years
Skills Summary
SAP-OTC Process Lead with experience of implementing SAP for global organizations.
Should have experience working in Mfg. industry with Automotive and White Goods being an added advantage
Specific process and SAP product knowledge in the following areas in addition to basic production / manufacturing related business processes
Production Execution
Sales Order Processing including
Sales Order Creation
Pricing
Customer Master setup
Account Determination
Delivery Processing (shipping, shipment). Integration to EWM / TM preferred
Customer Invoicing including revenue recognition.
Integration knowledge between Sales and other functional areas with specific reference to production and material movement / logistics
Working knowledge of Principal Company concepts is an added advantage
Hands on exposure on Data Cleansing and Conversion related activities
Training activities Training documents preparation, training key users or super users
Cut-Over activities identification and execution along with Go-live and Post Go-Live Support.
Responsibilities
Business Process Consulting that includes providing inputs on best practices
Conducting Business Blueprinting Workshops, Requirements gathering, identification and analysis of Fit/Gaps
Good knowledge of requirement analysis, solution design, system set-up/configuration, testing in SAP Sales modules
Define Integration points across functional areas
Define data requirements for the business processes
Define reporting requirements for the business processes
Identify required enhancements that is provided by the standard SAP application
Configuration of SAP application to do quick PoC and demonstrate to the business users
Good knowledge of requirement analysis, solution design, system set-up/configuration, testing in SAP Sales modules
