Industrial Maintenance Technician

Location: Columbus, MS – New Facility Opening!
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 1st Shift (Overtime & Weekends as Needed)

We are looking for a skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician who will be a key player in getting this operation up and running—and keeping it running smoothly. ✨ About the Role

As an Industrial Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and modifying a wide range of plant machinery and systems. You’ll work with mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical components to keep production moving safely and efficiently.

This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys troubleshooting, working independently, and tackling complex mechanical challenges.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain, repair, and modify industrial machinery and systems

• Troubleshoot issues using blueprints, manuals, and work orders

• Perform fabrication work and welding as needed

• Work with mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems

• Follow all plant safety rules, complete required safety training, and report issues promptly

• Organize tools and parts effectively to support workflow

• Maintain a clean and safe work area

• Complete assigned tasks independently while meeting quality and timing expectations

Requirements

• High School Diploma (required)

• Three years of mechanical maintenance experience in a continuous-process or industrial environment

• Strong understanding of industrial electrical systems and troubleshooting methods

• Proven ability to work safely with minimal supervision

• Willingness and ability to learn new technologies quickly

• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
