Industrial Maintenance Technician
Location: Columbus, MS – New Facility Opening!
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 1st Shift (Overtime & Weekends as Needed)

We are looking for a skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician who will be a key player in getting this operation up and running—and keeping it running smoothly. ✨ About the Role
As an Industrial Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and modifying a wide range of plant machinery and systems. You’ll work with mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical components to keep production moving safely and efficiently.
This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys troubleshooting, working independently, and tackling complex mechanical challenges.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain, repair, and modify industrial machinery and systems
Troubleshoot issues using blueprints, manuals, and work orders
Perform fabrication work and welding as needed
Work with mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems
Follow all plant safety rules, complete required safety training, and report issues promptly
Organize tools and parts effectively to support workflow
Maintain a clean and safe work area
Complete assigned tasks independently while meeting quality and timing expectations
Requirements
High School Diploma (required)
Three years of mechanical maintenance experience in a continuous-process or industrial environment
Strong understanding of industrial electrical systems and troubleshooting methods
Proven ability to work safely with minimal supervision
Willingness and ability to learn new technologies quickly
Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
