JOB PURPOSE:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Electrical Control Panel Builder / Assembler to join our team at our main facility in Greeneville, TN. In this hands-on role, you’ll be responsible for assembling and wiring industrial control panels and motor control centers (MCCs) for a variety of applications. The ideal candidate is self-driven, organized, and comfortable working from electrical schematics and work instructions.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each of these essential functions at a satisfactorily level. Other essential and non-essential functions may be assigned. - Assemble and wire control panels, MCCs, and related equipment
- Perform testing and troubleshooting of completed assemblies
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Pick, stock, and organize parts and materials
- Provide feedback to improve production processes and efficiency
- Support team goals and perform other duties as assigned
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- 2 years of experience in control wiring, panel building, or electrical assembly (preferred)
- Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and schematics
- Skilled in using hand and power tools for electrical assembly
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities
- Physically able to stand/walk for extended periods and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
- Preferred: AutoCAD experience and a valid driver’s license
