Job Responsibilities
- Safely operate a company-provided FedEx delivery vehicle
- Deliver packages to residential and commercial customers
- Load and unload packages throughout the day
- Follow GPS navigation and assigned delivery routes
- Complete delivery scans using a handheld device
- Perform daily vehicle inspections
- Follow all FedEx and company safety procedures
- Provide professional and courteous customer service
Typical routes take 6–10 hours, depending on package volume and route completion.
Minimum Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Valid driver's license
- Clean driving record
- Ability to pass a background check, drug screening, and DOT physical
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and move packages up to 150 pounds with a hand truck or assistance when needed
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically active environment
- Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
Previous delivery experience with FedEx, Amazon, UPS, DHL, USPS, courier services, or route driving is preferred but not required.
Schedule
- Tuesday through Saturday
- Start time: 8:00 AM
- Typical routes last 6–10 hours, depending on package volume and efficiency
