Responsibilities

- Operate systems accurately for sales transactions, including cash handling and receipts
- Manage stock levels by stocking shelves and organizing products
- Answer customer inquiries via phone with professional etiquette and clear communication skills
- Support retail sales efforts through suggestive selling and promoting special offers or new products
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail sales is preferred but not required
- Strong communication skills with excellent phone etiquette and customer service orientation
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as stocking shelves, cleaning, and standing for extended periods
