What You’ll Do
- Generate contacts and leads through social media outreach, networking, and targeted campaigns.
- Perform complimentary inspections to identify customer needs and storm-related damage.
- Meet with homeowners to explain the restoration process and the value of our services.
- Review insurance claim documents to ensure homeowners receive a fair settlement for their repairs.
- Act as the homeowners advocate during insurance adjuster appointments.
Who You Are
- Friendly and conversational and not afraid of "no."
- Self motivated and eager.
- You can quickly absorb technical details about insurance and construction and explain them simply to customers.
- You own reliable transportation with a ladder and have the ability to climb it (don't worry, we'll show you the safe way).
- Construction experience is a plus but not required. We can train anyone to succeed as long as they have the dedication to give it their all.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
