Duties
- Develop and execute strategic plans to increase customer engagement and sales of 5G, Fios internet, and mobility services in assigned territories
- Lead business development efforts by identifying new B2B sales opportunities and building lasting relationships with corporate clients and partners
- Conduct warm calling campaigns to generate leads, follow up on prospects, and nurture existing accounts for continued growth
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create targeted campaigns that promote product awareness and drive customer acquisition
- Manage key accounts through proactive communication, tailored solutions, and consistent follow-up to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention
- Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track sales activities, analyze customer data, and optimize outreach strategies
