Design Sales Consultant | Chicagoland | Full-Time with Commission

What You’ll Earn:
On target first year earnings of $70,000-$90,000 with an optional base plus commission or commission only plan. No cap on commission! Top performers in this role build a strong book of repeat and referral business that compounds over time.

Who We’re Looking For:
- 3 years in outside sales with at least 1 year in in-home sales
- Experience with interiors or home improvement products
- Strong closing skills and a consultative sales approach
- Tech-savvy and comfortable with digital presentation tools
- Interior design experience is a plus
- Proven results of closure rates, average sales, and sales figures
- Ability to lift and carry sample books weighing up to 60 lbs
- Comfortable standing, walking, and driving for extended periods throughout the day
- Ability to traverse stairs and multi-story walk-ups
- Must have a reliable personal vehicle with adequate trunk space to transport and store your full sample kit, this role puts real miles on your car (a monthly travel stipend is provided)
