Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) / Registered Nurse (RN) – Full-Time, Part-Time & PRN
Job Summary
We are seeking compassionate, dependable, and skilled Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our growing team. We have flexible opportunities available for Full-Time, Part-Time, and PRN positions. The ideal candidate is committed to providing exceptional patient care while maintaining professionalism, compassion, and respect for every individual.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care according to physician orders and individualized care plans.
- Assess, monitor, and document patients' conditions and report changes promptly.
- Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.
- Monitor vital signs and evaluate patient responses to treatment.
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care.
- Educate patients and families regarding medications, treatments, and disease management.
Qualifications
- Current, active LPN or RN license in the state of practice.
- Current CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Reliable transportation (if travel is required).
- Previous nursing experience preferred but not required for all positions.
Schedule Options
- Full-Time
- Part-Time
- PRN (As Needed)
- Day, Evening, Night, and Weekend shifts may be available.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
- Follow infection control, safety, and HIPAA regulations.
- Respond appropriately to patient emergencies and changing conditions.
