Location: Draper Peaks Plaza in Draper, Utah—conveniently located right off I-15 at 12300 South, next to Kohl’s, Smith’s, and Massage Envy.

We’re looking for our fifth lash artist to join our growing team.

You’ll receive access to our existing client base, qualified leads, new-client opportunities, mentorship, and marketing support. We’ll give you opportunities to grow, but you’ll be responsible for creating an exceptional experience, retaining your clients, and building a loyal book.

Earn money while you grow.

You’ll receive up to 6 paid front-desk hours each week so you have dependable income while building your clientele. As your book grows, you can transition into spending more time behind the lash bed.

We pay for your shared room, rent, leads, marketing, training, professional products, disposables, equipment, and pro-made fans.

The only professional tools you’ll be required to provide and maintain are your own tweezers.

Compensation

$15–$20/hour base pay

Our clients typically tip an additional $10–$20 per hour

Typical total earnings range from $25–$35 per hour as your clientele grows

W-2 employee position

Paid every Friday

Up to 10 paid front-desk hours each week while building your clientele

Leads, marketing, training, rent, and professional lash supplies provided

Lash artists must provide their own professional tweezers

If you are growing your books you are able to take models as a way to build clients and will receive 100% of tips (models are asked to tip $40-$50)

Please Read Before Applying

We make a significant upfront investment in every new lash artist through hands-on training, continuing education, leads, marketing, supplies, and paid front-desk hours.

Because of that investment, this position requires a genuine commitment from both sides.

You must be willing to make a minimum six-month employment commitment and sign a written six-month employment agreement. Please do not apply unless you’re prepared to work with us for at least six months.

If you voluntarily leave before completing your six-month commitment, you may be required to repay training costs as specifically outlined in the written agreement provided before accepting the position.

You must be willing to sign a non-compete covering a 25-mile radius and a client non-solicitation agreement protecting the studio’s clients, leads, confidential information, and goodwill.

Weekend and evening availability is required, including Saturdays from 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.

You must expect and be financially prepared for a three-to-six-month clientele-building period.

You must provide and maintain your own professional tweezers.

Outside of these required commitments, we’ll work with you to create a consistent schedule that supports your life and gives you the availability needed to build a successful clientele.

You’ll Thrive Here If You…

Have a year plus of lash experience

Hold a valid Utah license permitting you to perform lash-extension services

Are serious about building a long-term lash career

Have a positive, dependable, and coachable attitude

Love providing an exceptional client experience

Understand that building a loyal book takes consistency and time

Can consistently work the required weekend and evening shifts

Can attend mandatory Saturday training
