Draper and Kramer is looking for an Resident Ambassador to be the first person residents and prospects meet, so they must be able to provide an exceptional level of service and a friendly environment. You will excel in this position if you enjoy interacting with people and have the natural ability to strike up a conversation. This position is located in the River North area in Chicago, IL.
Schedule
- Monday - Friday: 3: 00 pm- 11:00 pm
Responsibilities
- Consistently ensure a positive experience for all residents and prospects
- Oversee resident communication from management and maintenance; follow up on service issues or requests
- Coordinate property tours for the leasing team in order to achieve desired occupancy levels
- Coordinate property vendors and in-unit resident vendors
- Establish, cultivate, and maintain relationships with outside parties and businesses that will be able to provide benefits for residents
- Engage residents by planning and executing events and activities
- Keep organized front desk logs and package room
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in hospitality, retail, or hotel environment
- Exceptional communication, customer service, and people skills
- Outgoing and friendly personality with a customer-focused mentality
- Basic typing and computer skills including the ability to navigate computer programs
- High school diploma/GED equivalent; College degree preferred
Compensation
- Hourly Rate Range for this position: $19.00 - $27.00
- Participates in property performance bonus program
