Dralle Chevrolet Buick GMC has been in the automotive business for over 30 years. We are committed to providing quality service and dependable products to our valued customers. We are currently searching for a loyal and experienced General Motors Parts Manager to manage our parts department.

Job Description:

Primary responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing the daily operations of the parts department, maintaining managed processes, and providing customer follow up and satisfaction.
• Managing inventory levels by analyzing historical sales data, current trends, and customer demands to maintain stock levels while minimizing excessive inventory.
• Communicating with Sales and Service departments, to ensure timely orders and deliveries.
• Establishing and maintaining relationships with suppliers to negotiate favorable terms, monitor pricing, and the availability of required parts.
• Implementing campaigns to increase parts sales and profitability while maintaining customer retention and satisfaction.
• Utilizing dealership software to track and monitor inventory, sales, and order processing accurately.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Parts Manager or similar experience with GM parts and accessories.
• Knowledge of General Motors products, parts catalogs, and ordering systems.
• Organizational and time management abilities to oversee multiple tasks and priorities.
• Communication and interpersonal skills to work with various departments and build relationships with customers and suppliers.
