Drakes Catering is hiring Suite Captains to provide exceptional hospitality in the Tiger Den Suites during LSU home football games at Tiger Stadium.
As a Suite Captain, you'll serve as the primary host for approximately 3–5 luxury suites, ensuring guests receive outstanding service throughout the game. This role combines the responsibilities of a restaurant server, event host, and hospitality professional to create an exceptional game day experience.

Schedule
This is a seasonal, part-time position limited to LSU home football game days. Suite Captains are expected to be available for all LSU home football games, as consistency is essential to providing excellent guest service.

Game day shifts typically begin several hours before kick-off and continue through post-game cleanup.
Job Responsibilities
Responsibilities may include:
- Preparing assigned suites with food, beverages, service supplies, and dining essentials before guests arrive
- Arranging attractive food and beverage displays
- Greeting and assisting suite guests throughout the event
- Monitoring food and beverage inventory and replenishing supplies as needed
- Maintaining clean, organized, and welcoming suite environments throughout the game
- Anticipating guest needs and delivering exceptional customer service
- Communicating with kitchen and support staff to ensure timely service
- Following all food safety, sanitation, and workplace procedures
- Assisting with post-game breakdown and returning food and supplies to the kitchen
- Cleaning and organizing equipment and supplies
- Performing other duties as assigned

Qualifications
Applicants must:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Have graduated from high school (or equivalent)
- Be available to work all LSU home football games
- Provide outstanding customer service
- Work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Have reliable transportation
- Be able to lift and carry at least 15 pounds
- Be able to stand and walk for extended periods
- Possess strong communication and organizational skills
- Maintain a professional appearance and follow Drakes Catering uniform and grooming standards
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality, food service, catering, restaurants, hotels, country clubs, event venues, or customer service is preferred but not required.
