Job Summary
We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented individual to join our menswear retail team as an Entry-Level Warehouse Stock Support associate. This role involves organizing and managing incoming and outgoing merchandise, assisting with inventory tracking, and supporting overall warehouse operations using basic Microsoft Excel functions. Key Responsibilities
· Receive and unpack men’s apparel, footwear, and accessories from suppliers.
· Organize merchandise by style, size, and season in designated stock areas.
· Use Microsoft Excel to track stock levels, perform basic data entry, and assist with inventory reports.
· Support regular stock counts and help reconcile inventory discrepancies.
· Prepare items for retail floor replenishment and store transfers.
· Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe warehouse environment.
· Work closely with retail floor teams to ensure timely stock availability and visual merchandising needs.
· Assist in fulfilling online and in-store pickup orders as needed.
Requirements
· High school diploma or equivalent required.
· Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., entering data, sorting lists, using simple formulas).
· Interest in menswear and retail operations is a plus.
· Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management.
· Ability to lift, carry, and move boxes up to 50 lbs as part of daily responsibilities.
· Reliable, punctual, and able to work well both independently and in a team.
· Previous warehouse or retail stockroom experience is a plus but not required.
