Position Highlights:
- Role: Roofing Sales Representative
- Type: Commission-based/Draw based
- Location: Following up on leads that come through the office and cold calling by door knocking in storm damaged areas.
- Compensation: Unlimited earning potential with competitive commission rates
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Source New Clients: Knock on doors in residential neighborhoods to identify potential clients needing roof repairs or replacements.
- Provide Estimates: Conduct initial assessments, provide estimates for roof repair/replacement costs, and present value-driven solutions.
- Coordinate Materials: Assist in ordering the right materials for each job to ensure projects run smoothly.
- Work with Insurance Companies: Guide clients through insurance claims, communicate with adjusters, and ensure timely payment.
- Client Management: Build strong relationships with clients, keeping them informed throughout the entire project.
- Oversee Roofing Crews: Collaborate with and manage roofing crews as needed to ensure quality and timely completion.
What We’re Looking For:
- Sales Ability: Experience in sales and a talent for building rapport with potential clients.
- Self-Motivated: Driven, with a positive attitude and the resilience to handle door-to-door sales.
- Organizational Skills: Able to manage multiple projects, clients, and details at once.
- Roofing Knowledge: Prior roofing or construction knowledge needed. We’ll provide training to help you succeed . Previous roofing inspection experience preferred.
- Customer Service Skills: Strong communication skills to ensure clients are informed and satisfied from start to finish.
- Ability to Work Independently: Self-driven and responsible, with minimal supervision needed.
- Xactimate: experience working with xactimate is preferred.
