Key Responsibilities:
This position works primarily within climate-controlled industrial manufacturing facilities and requires standing for extended periods while performing hands-on production work. Candidates must be able to lift up to 50 pounds. Standard schedules may include 8–12-hour shifts, with flexibility to work 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift based on production needs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate injection molding and secondary operation equipment in accordance with production schedules and quality requirements
- Perform hand cleaning of parts using blades, deburring tools, and abrasives
- Complete and document quality inspections at required AQL intervals
- Support daily and weekly production targets while minimizing material loss and downtime
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas before, during, and after each shift
- Collaborate with Lead Technicians during machine setup, maintenance, and teardown activities
- Work day or night shifts as required by production demands
- Participate in cross-training and development opportunities to build technical and manufacturing skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Manufacturing or injection molding experience is preferred but not required for motivated candidates willing to learn
- Comfortable working around machinery with strong safety awareness
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality products
- Basic mechanical aptitude and problem-solving ability
- Self-motivated, dependable, and eager to develop new skills
