Description:The ideal candidate will have less than 5 years of experience, must have prior litigation experience, including taking depositions and answering written discovery, and should be eager to learn and thrive under mentorship.AttorneyWoodland Hills personal injury mid-size trial law firm is seeking a litigation attorney with a minimum of 1 year of experience (Plaintiff and/or Defense) working in the personal injury field. We are looking for an in-office associate with a working knowledge of legal principles, procedures, and practices who is driven and motivated to succeed. For this position, we are willing to train the right candidate if there is no prior trial experience as long as there is a desire to excel. Case load ranges from 40 to 60 cases ranging in value. In addition to the assigned case load, attorneys are offered the opportunity to assist and participate in trials within our department.Qualifications:Must be an attorney licensed in California and in good standing without any pending disciplinary actionAt least 1 year of Attorney Personal Injury experienceStrong analytical, research, and writing skills. Excellent oral and written communication abilities. Proficiency in legal research tools and case management software.Detail-oriented, proactive, and client-focused. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
