Key Responsibilities:
Assist prospective residents in finding the perfect apartment
Conduct property tours and respond to leasing inquiries
Process applications and leasing documents with accuracy
Maintain strong relationships with current residents
Ensure apartment homes and common areas are presented at their best
Update listings and manage administrative leasing tasks
What We’re Looking For:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong customer service orientation
Self-motivated and able to work both independently and in a team
Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
Previous experience in leasing or property management is a plus—but not required
