How You'll Make an Impact
Client Service & Relationship Management
- Deliver exceptional service and support to clients through phone, email, and other communication channels.
- Respond to client inquiries and service requests in a timely, professional manner.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients while ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
- Communicate effectively with advisors, custodians, and internal team members to resolve client needs.
Account & New Business Processing
- Process account applications and service requests accurately and efficiently.
- Assist clients in gathering and submitting required documentation.
- Coordinate account transfers and monitor progress through completion.
- Support client onboarding and ensure a smooth transition into the firm.
- Assist advisors with appointment preparation and follow-up activities.
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation within the CRM.
Administrative & Operational Support
- Document client interactions and update records in the CRM system.
- Monitor workflows and follow through on outstanding items.
- Support office operations and contribute to continuous process improvement.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure operational excellence and consistency.
What We're Looking For
Required
- 1 years of experience in client service, administration, or financial services.
- Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace or similar software.
- Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly.
Preferred
- Active Wisconsin Life & Health License
- Financial services experience.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
- Interest in obtaining the Series 65 license and growing a career in financial services.

Salary : $55,000 - $70,000
