What You'll Be Doing

Your days will be hands-on and real. You'll be driving company vehicles, towing trailers, working outdoors, and helping solve septic, sewer, drainage, and utility problems that customers can't ignore.

Some days you'll be in the truck. Some days you'll be in the dirt. You'll lift, move, haul, and handle physical work in changing weather. You'll be expected to care for the equipment, follow safety protocols, and show up ready to help the crew win.

The Hiring Process

What You'll Earn

You'll earn $25-$32 per hour, with a typical schedule between 35 and 50 hours a week. On top of that, there are spiffs and bonuses, plus a path to keep growing your skills through continuing education and hands-on learning.

Who We're Looking For

You'll do well here if you're dependable, hardworking, safety-minded, and proud of doing things right. You should be the kind of person who can take direction, use initiative, work well with a crew, and stay professional with customers.

• You must have a commercial driver's license
• You should be comfortable towing trailers and driving dump trucks and service trucks
• You need a clean driving record
• Experience in excavation, septic, sewer, plumbing, utilities, or drainage work is preferred
• You must be willing and able to lift 50-75 lbs and perform physical labor
• You should be comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
• You should want to learn, grow, and build a long-term career in the trades
• You must be able to pass a background check
