Draingo Plumbing of MS is looking for an experienced Plumbing Installer to join our growing team. We are seeking a skilled, dependable professional who takes pride in quality workmanship and has the experience necessary to complete plumbing installations efficiently and correctly.
Our company performs a wide range of residential plumbing installations, repairs, replacements, and service work, as well as work through multiple home warranty companies.
This position is ideal for an experienced plumber who is confident working independently and can consistently deliver professional-quality installations.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 4 years of professional plumbing experience – REQUIRED
- High school diploma or GED – REQUIRED
- Proven experience performing residential plumbing installations
- Strong understanding of residential plumbing systems and installation practices
- Ability to read and understand plumbing layouts, diagrams, and installation instructions
- Strong knowledge of plumbing materials, fixtures, fittings, and equipment
- Ability to accurately diagnose installation challenges and determine appropriate solutions
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Professional appearance and excellent customer service skills
- Ability to safely lift equipment and perform physically demanding job duties
- Plumbing license or applicable state certification is strongly preferred
Responsibilities
- Install, replace, and repair residential plumbing systems and fixtures
- Install and replace water heaters, faucets, toilets, sinks, garbage disposals, and other plumbing fixtures
- Perform plumbing rough-ins and finish installations as required
- Ensure all installations are completed safely, correctly, and according to applicable plumbing codes
- Inspect completed work for leaks, proper operation, and quality
- Identify and resolve installation-related problems
- Communicate professionally with homeowners and explain completed work
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Properly use and maintain company tools, equipment, and vehicles
- Complete required paperwork, job documentation, and warranty documentation
- Follow company procedures and requirements established by home warranty providers
- Represent the company professionally at every job
