Duties
- Lead and motivate a team of technicians to achieve operational goals efficiently and effectively
- Train new technicians
- Mentor apprentices
- Demonstrate proper repair procedures
- Teach proper estimate presentation
- Coach customer communication
- Teach efficiency and organization
Experience
- Proven experience in a technical or maintenance role with demonstrated leadership capabilities
- Strong understanding of technical systems, tools, and troubleshooting procedures
- Excellent communication skills to effectively lead teams and coordinate with other departments
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices within technical or industrial settings
- Previous supervisory or team lead experience is highly desirable
- Certifications related to technical maintenance or safety standards are a plus
