Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role involves managing customer interactions, and supporting internal communication processes. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, to ensure seamless service delivery. This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic Plumbing Service environment.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, ensuring professional phone etiquette and effective communication.
- Utilize Service Titan Dispatching systems data entry, for tracking, and documentation.
- Dispatch Technicians accurately using Service Titan software, maintaining organized schedules and routes.
- Maintain internal communication channels to coordinate with General Managers, drivers, timely service appointments.
- Assist in other administrative duties as needed.
Experience
- Proven experience in customer service within logistics, and dispatching.
- Knowledge of GPS, and vehicle dispatching tools is advantageous.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
- Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—and proficiency in phone call management are essential.
- Experience with data entry, analysis skills related to logistics operations.
- Plumbing or service industry experience a plus, but will also train.
