Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced to join our construction management team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in construction project oversight, with expertise in project scheduling, management, and supervision. This role involves coordinating various aspects of construction projects, ensuring quality control, and maintaining adherence to safety standards. The will play a vital role in managing project timelines, budgets, and resources while collaborating with teams to deliver successful project outcomes. Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards are met.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 and other construction management software.
• Supervise on-site construction activities, ensuring compliance with OSHA regulations and safety protocols.
• Read blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to guide project execution.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth workflow.
• Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and assist in construction estimating.
• Conduct quality control inspections to verify work meets specifications and standards.
• Manage contracts, change orders, and documentation related to project scope.
• Utilize tools such as Ohmmeter for electrical testing and troubleshooting.
• Lead supervising teams on-site, providing guidance and ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
• Implement construction site best practices for efficiency and safety.

Skills

• Proficiency in construction management software such as Primavera P6, HeavyBid, ProCore, Bluebeam, and other relevant tools.
• Strong knowledge of construction management principles including budgeting, scheduling, and contract administration.
• Experience with pipeline projects or large-scale infrastructure is preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately.
• Familiarity with OSHA regulations and safety protocols on construction sites.
• Excellent project scheduling skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Supervising experience with proven leadership capabilities in managing teams on-site.
• Strong understanding of construction estimating processes.
• Skills in quality control procedures to ensure high standards of work.
• Knowledge of construction site safety equipment including the use of Ohmmeter for electrical testing.
• Effective management skills with the ability to coordinate diverse teams and resources efficiently. Pay: $ $34.87 per hour
