Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards are met.
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 and other construction management software.
- Supervise on-site construction activities, ensuring compliance with OSHA regulations and safety protocols.
- Read blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to guide project execution.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth workflow.
- Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and assist in construction estimating.
- Conduct quality control inspections to verify work meets specifications and standards.
- Manage contracts, change orders, and documentation related to project scope.
- Utilize tools such as Ohmmeter for electrical testing and troubleshooting.
- Lead supervising teams on-site, providing guidance and ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
- Implement construction site best practices for efficiency and safety.
Skills
- Proficiency in construction management software such as Primavera P6, HeavyBid, ProCore, Bluebeam, and other relevant tools.
- Strong knowledge of construction management principles including budgeting, scheduling, and contract administration.
- Experience with pipeline projects or large-scale infrastructure is preferred.
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately.
- Familiarity with OSHA regulations and safety protocols on construction sites.
- Excellent project scheduling skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Supervising experience with proven leadership capabilities in managing teams on-site.
