Drain Bros is growing, and we’re looking for a Drain Cleaning Technician to join our team!
We’re looking for someone who is knowledgeable, hardworking, responsible, and knows how to get the job done right.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Perform residential drain cleaning and clearing Operate professional drain cleaning equipment Operate and properly use hydro jetters Diagnose drain and sewer issues Work directly with homeowners in their homes Clearly explain problems and solutions to customers Identify opportunities for long-term solutions instead of just temporary fixes Recommend and upsell hydro jetting and other appropriate services Provide a professional customer experience from start to finish Keep your work area, equipment, and company vehicle clean and organized
WE’RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO:
- Has experience with drain cleaning equipment Knows how to operate drain machines and jetters Has strong sales and communication skills Is confident talking to homeowners and recommending solutions Is accountable and takes ownership of their work Shows up ON TIME and ready to work Is reliable and responsible Is clean-cut and presents themselves professionally Is flexible with work hours Has a strong work ethic and positive attitude Can work independently and as part of a team
Experience is strongly preferred.
We’re not looking for someone who just wants to show up, run a cable, collect a check, and go home.
We want someone who can diagnose the problem, provide the customer with real solutions, sell the right solution, and represent Drain Bros at the highest level.
