Job Description:
Dragons Den Martial Arts is seeking an energetic and reliable individual to join our team as a Kids Martial Arts Instructor. This role focuses on working with children ages 3–12 in a structured, positive, and high-energy environment.
No prior teaching experience is required. Training will be provided. Martial arts experience is required.
Responsibilities:
- Assist and lead children’s martial arts classes
- Maintain a safe, structured, and engaging class environment
- Encourage student participation, confidence, and discipline
- Follow established curriculum and lesson plans
- Communicate professionally with students and parents
Qualifications:
- Enjoys working with children
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- High energy and positive attitude
- Reliable and punctual
- Coachable and willing to learn
- Ability to work afternoons/evenings
Preferred (Not Required):
- WT Taekwondo martial artist
- Management experience
- Coaching, teaching, or childcare experience
