- Highly skilled and proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.)
- Proven experience in creating viral or high-performing both short-form and long-form. Bonus points if experienced in other formats such as podcasts, talking heads, etc.
- Deep knowledge/expertise in YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok meta-trends, including relevant creators, new algorithm changes, analytics, and monetization strategies.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment, adapting to changing priorities and demands.
- Extremely deadline-oriented with an understanding of the importance of project timelines.
- Tech-savvy with quick learning abilities for new software.
- Collaborative mindset with a focus on learning and growing as a team.
