Staff Frontend Engineer - Dragonfly Portfolio

Dragonfly is a crypto-native Venture Capital and research firm with $4B in assets under management and 160 portfolio companies (see list). Our Talent team works to support the recruiting efforts of the companies within our portfolio by connecting them with talented potential candidates. We have multiple companies actively hiring Frontend Engineers across different levels and specializations.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience building and shipping high-performance web and native mobile applications.
• Strong proficiency in React, React Native, TypeScript, Next.js, or similar modern frontend frameworks.
• Deep understanding of UI/UX principles, frontend architecture, and performance optimization.
• Familiarity with Web3.js, ethers.js, or other blockchain-related frontend libraries.
• Interest or experience in crypto, decentralized applications (dApps), and smart contract integrations.
  
  

About The Role(s)

Depending on the team, you could be:

• Building intuitive, high-performance dApps that provide seamless user experiences on web and mobile.
• Designing and implementing frontend architecture to support fast, scalable, and secure interactions with decentralized networks.
• Integrating smart contracts and blockchain APIs, ensuring smooth interactions with on-chain and off-chain data.
• Optimizing frontend performance and security, improving load times and protecting users from common Web3 security risks.
• Collaborating with designers and backend engineers to create user-centric products that make crypto more accessible.
