What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sushi Chef (Itamae) position at Dragonfly Robata Grill & Sushi?
Japanese inspired cuisine served tapas-style in a relaxed casual atmosphere, complete with a full bar and lounge.
We are looking for hardworking, honest, dedicated, professional sushi chefs who have a genuine passion for hospitality, desires to grow with a forward thinking company, and enjoys working with others who share the same commitment in a team-oriented environment. This will be a full-time position for the right person!
Position requires: Positive attitude, good communication skills, dexterity, reliability, teamwork and the willingness to learn. At least 1 year of kitchen experience is preferable. Japanese cuisine knowledge a plus!
Job duties include but not limited to: Cooking, cleaning, prep work, preparing, presenting and inspecting all food products from kitchen and sushi bar.
