What you will do
- Facilitate engaging new-hire and ongoing training programs for Customer Care team members.
- Provide clear, actionable feedback and coaching to help learners build confidence and improve performance.
- Coordinate and administer assessments to measure knowledge, progress, and training effectiveness.
- Partner with leadership to keep training materials aligned with current processes, expectations, and business needs.
- Coordinate training schedules with Recruiting, Customer Care, and other key partners.
- Gather frontline feedback and identify opportunities to improve training, processes, and the overall customer experience.
- Stay connected to day-to-day operations so training remains practical, relevant, and reflective of the work our teams actually perform.
What we look for
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree highly preferred.
- 3 years of training and facilitation experience.
- Knowledge of current and emerging training methods, tools, and delivery techniques.
- Experience providing coaching and performance feedback, preferably within a contact center environment.
- Healthcare experience within pharmacy, hospice, durable medical equipment, managed care, or a related field is strongly preferred.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to create a positive learning environment.
- A proactive, organized, and self-directed approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
