Shipping Specialist
Dragonfly Energy, a Reno based lithium-ion battery manufacturer, is seeking a full-time Shipping Specialist to work in the Shipping & Receiving Department. This is an entry-level position in which you will be the go-to link between Sales, customers, and Operations to ensure a smooth order-to-delivery process.
The ideal candidate will be dependable, have a positive attitude, be willing to work hard, and want to work on a fun, tight-knit team.
Shifts
- Morning: 8am - 4:30pm
Job Duties
- Label packages according to invoice
- Pick battery SKU according to invoice
- Pack batteries in air foam machine
- Program accessories as needed
- Wrap and strap pallets according to invoice
- Complete inventory
- Process returns
- File FedEx claims when needed
- File and organize shipping records
- Complete online orders
- Ensure proper packing techniques and shipping practices
- Coordinate and schedule customer shipments
- Communicate ship dates, tracking details, and delivery updates to customers and Sales Team
- Work with warehouse and logistics to resolve shipping issues or delays
- Maintain accurate order and shipment records in our system
- Support Sales with order status, backorders, and customer inquiries
