POSITION OVERVIEWDragonfly Cares is seeking compassionate, reliable Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) or experienced Behaviour Technician (BT) to provide after-school 1:1 ABA services. You'll help children build communication, social, behavioral, and daily-living skills in a positive, engaging environment.

WHAT YOU'LL DO- Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy with children, following individualized plans from a supervising BCBA
- Collect and record behavioral data to track progress and guide treatment decisions
- Build strong, positive relationships with the children and their families
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation that meets clinical and insurance standards
- Participate in supervision and ongoing trainings to grow your clinical skills
- Comfortable working in an in-home setting
- Bachelor's degree in psychology, special education, or a related field (preferred, not required)
- At least one year prior experience in the ABA field
- Excellent communication, patience, empathy, and a passion for helping others
- Reliable transportation to the clients' homes
