Sales Representative – Michigan

About Us
Dragonfly Kitchen is a fast-growing cannabis cultivation, manufacturing, sales, and distribution company serving Michigan’s cannabis industry. We focus on building strong relationships, providing exceptional service, and helping our brand partners and retail clients thrive. We are adding a driven, professional Sales Representative to join our team and expand our presence across the state.
Position Overview
The Sales Representative will play a key role in growing our portfolio across Michigan, both as we expand into new dispensaries and broaden our product offerings . This person will manage and expand retail accounts, prospect new business, regularly travel to meet with partners, and maintain accurate, organized activity across several platforms.
Success in this role requires ambition, follow-through, and an existing network within the cannabis space.
Key Responsibilities
- Build, grow, and maintain relationships with cannabis retail partners across Michigan
- Prospect new accounts and identify growth opportunities in assigned territories
- Conduct regular in-person meetings, store visits, and product presentations
- Maintain up-to-date sales activity, pipelines, and reporting within HubSpot, Leaflink, and METRC
- Assist in support functions, including:
- Order coordination and follow-ups
- Customer onboarding
- Issue resolution & communication with internal teams
- Event or trade-show preparation
- Data entry and general administrative tasks
- Collaborate with leadership to execute sales strategies and meet revenue goals
- Represent the company professionally and credibly at all times
Requirements
- Proven sales experience in the cannabis industry
- An existing book of business or strong network of Michigan cannabis retailers
- Ambitious, self-motivated, and comfortable operating independently
- Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills
- Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred)
- Ability to travel regularly throughout Michigan; reliable transportation required
- Ability to support occasional after-hours events, launches, or regional functions

Pay: $55,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
