Dragonfly is looking for friendly, motivated individuals to join our team as a Sales / Customer Service Associate.

No wireless experience is required — training is provided.
Requirements
- Strong communication and people skills
- Friendly, professional, and customer-focused
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- Comfortable working in a retail environment
- Willingness to learn new products and technology
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Retail, sales, customer service, hospitality, or leadership experience is a plus
- Military experience and military backgrounds are encouraged to apply
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and provide friendly, knowledgeable service
- Learn about each customer’s needs and recommend appropriate products and services
- Answer questions about products, features, and available options
- Assist customers throughout the sales process
- Build positive customer relationships
- Learn about current wireless products and technology
- Work toward individual and team goals
- Help maintain a welcoming and professional retail environment
