We are proactively sourcing a Tealeaf SME with a deep understanding of digital customer experience analytics and strong awareness of information security considerations within federal systems. The SME will provide expert-level guidance on implementing, optimizing, and securing IBM Tealeaf solutions in a complex enterprise environment.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the subject matter expert on IBM Tealeaf deployment, configuration, and optimization within federal systems
- Design and implement session replay strategies to capture and analyze user behavior across digital touchpoints
- Collaborate with UX, development, and analytics teams to translate insights into actionable recommendations
- Ensure Tealeaf data capture aligns with federal information security standards (e.g., FISMA, NIST)
- Troubleshoot Tealeaf integration issues across complex enterprise environments (web apps, portals, APIs)
- Conduct regular audits to validate data accuracy, privacy compliance, and recording integrity
- Develop dashboards and reports to communicate findings to business and technical stakeholders
- Support secure migration or enhancement projects involving Tealeaf or other digital analytics tools
- Document architecture, processes, and best practices for continuity and compliance
- Partner with federal client teams to align Tealeaf functionality with mission needs and compliance mandates
The ideal candidate will bring:
- 5 years of experience working with IBM Tealeaf, including configuration, data capture, and behavioral analysis
- Experience aligning Tealeaf deployment with security protocols and federal compliance requirements (e.g., FISMA, NIST)
- Familiarity with web application architecture and performance analytics
- Strong communication skills for stakeholder interaction and reporting
