Dragonfli Group is a cybersecurity and IT consulting firm headquartered in Washington, D.C., serving clients across both the federal and commercial sectors. Our engagements span cybersecurity, identity and access management (IAM), and enterprise IT transformation initiatives.
We are seeking a hands-on SailPoint IIQ Developer with a strong Java background to support enterprise identity lifecycle management. This developer will be responsible for integrating SailPoint IIQ with internal and external systems, building custom connectors, and ensuring seamless synchronization across both connected and disconnected applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain integrations between SailPoint IdentityIQ and enterprise applications.
- Develop and optimize database integration processes between SailPoint ISC and SailPoint IIQ through a middleware synchronization bridge.
- Configure and manage SailPoint integrations with Active Directory and other authoritative sources.
- Enable secure and reliable identity synchronization across connected and disconnected systems.
- Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and system owners to gather requirements and design scalable IAM solutions.
- Provide ongoing operational support for identity lifecycle operations, including provisioning and reconciliation.
Skill(s):
- Core Platforms: SailPoint IdentityIQ (v7.x or higher)
- Programming Languages: Java (required), BeanShell, JavaScript
- Integrations: Active Directory (AD), JDBC, REST/SOAP APIs, database connectors
- Data Management: SQL, Oracle, or other relational databases; experience with database synchronization and middleware integration
- Identity Management: Identity lifecycle management, provisioning workflows, role-based access control (RBAC), access certifications
- Tools & Frameworks: Eclipse/IntelliJ, Git, Maven, Jenkins, ServiceNow (preferred)
- Preferred Experience: Exposure to cloud IAM (e.g., Azure AD, Okta) or SailPoint IdentityNow a plus

Travel:
There is the potential for quarterly travel to San Antonio, Texas for 2-3 days in a given week.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of professional IT experience, with at least 3 years dedicated to SailPoint IdentityIQ development.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience).
- Clearance: Must be a U.S. Citizen or lawful permanent resident. Ability to obtain and maintain client-specific clearance as required.
- Work Authorization: Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Work Environment: Fully remote (continental U.S.); must be available for standard U.S. business hours.
- Travel: Limited — approximately 10% or less, as required by project needs.
- Professional Skills: Strong communication, requirements-gathering, and documentation abilities; proven success working independently in distributed teams.
