Job Description:
Regional CDL Class A Driver – Home Weekends
Compensation & Benefits:

• Pay Rate: $0.60 – $0.70 per mile
• Employment Type: W2 (Full Benefits Included)

Additional Pay & Bonuses:

• Paid Orientation: $240 (1 day)
• DOT Clean Inspection Bonus: Up to $150 per inspection

Freight & Schedule:

• Dry van freight only
• 100% No-touch freight
• Dedicated lanes with repeat customers
• No waiting time between loads
• Monday – Friday schedule
• Additional home time available during the week
• 2,000 – 2,700 miles per week (consistent)

Home Time

• Home every weekend
• Some routes may allow daily home time depending on assignment

• Consistent lanes from Central Wisconsin Western Chicagoland
• Regional Midwest coverage with some loads going to Ohio

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle.
• Follow all safety protocols during loading and unloading operations.
• Keep the vehicle clean, organized, and well-maintained at all times.
• Present a professional, neat, and clean personal appearance.
• Accurately record deliveries, mileage, fuel usage, and other required documentation.
• Communicate clearly and promptly with dispatchers, clients, and team members about delivery status and any issues encountered.
• Comply with company policies, safety standards, and all traffic laws.

Qualifications:

• Minimum age: 23 years old.
• Experience: At least 24 months of verifiable tractor-trailer (semi-combination) driving experience in the last 48 months
• Driving record: No more than 3 moving violations within the past 3 years while operating a personal or commercial vehicle. No serious traffic violations while operating a commercial motor vehicle in the last 3 years.
• Work history: Consistent driving employment with no extended gaps in the past 3 years.
• Skills: Strong attention to detail to maintain accurate records and ensure full safety compliance.
• Language: Must be able to speak and understand English.

Job Requirements:
Wage Range: 1250.00 - 1700.00 per week
