HVAC Football Technician – Dragon Seats (Jacksonville, FL)
Dragon Seats is seeking a skilled and dependable HVAC Technician to join our growing operations team in Jacksonville, FL. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with hands-on HVAC experience who is passionate about sports and wants to be part of a company that supports elite athletes and teams across the country.
Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and service HVAC systems within Dragon Seats’ climate-controlled benches and equipment
- Perform diagnostics and troubleshooting of HVAC units to ensure optimal performance
- Support game-day operations, including setup, on-site maintenance, and breakdown of equipment at sports venues
- Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance to minimize downtime
- Communicate with operations team to coordinate schedules, logistics, and reporting
- Assist in training seasonal staff or game-day technicians as needed
- Maintain inventory of HVAC-related supplies and tools
- Ensure all work complies with local, state, and federal codes and safety standards
Qualifications:
- EPA Certification required; HVAC license preferred
- 3 years of HVAC installation, maintenance, or repair experience
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
- Experience with portable or mobile HVAC systems a plus
- Willingness to work weekends and be part of on-site team for live events
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-profile sports environments
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
