Job Summary
Dragon Products, a busy oil field product manufacturing company, is looking for its next Assistant Plant Manager. The position will direct the plant in Scheduling, Procurement, Inventory, Product Production, Product Quality, Safety and Environmental compliance and Human Resources. The position will report directly to the Plant Manager. This position is in Provo, UT.
Responsibilities and Duties
Work with Sales Team and Operations Leadership to formulate and maintain the Schedule of the facility and then execute to that Schedule.
Lead the facility Procurement and Inventory team to ensure availability of necessary material for the production of the facility based on the schedule.
Ensure that the Production team is operating efficiently, on time, with the proper Quality, Safety and Environmental compliance as necessary.
Ensure that all Local, State, Federal laws and Human Resource policies of Dragon Products are followed.

and Customer Service
Oil field equipment / Vessel experience / knowledge is required.
