Job Overview
Dragon Manufacturing produces high-quality nutritional supplements, peptides, and botanical products. Our supplements division focuses on precision, compliance, and consistency in every batch we produce.
We are seeking an experienced shipping/receiving coordinator to support daily shipping operations by preparing, packaging, and dispatching products to ensure accurate and timely delivery to customers.
Duties
- Prepare customer orders for shipment by picking, packing, and labeling products.
- Verify order accuracy and ensure shipments meet quality standards.
- Operate shipping software and maintain shipping records and documentation.
- Coordinate with carriers to schedule pickups and deliveries.
- Load and unload shipments safely and efficiently.
- Inspect packages for damage and ensure proper packaging methods are used.
- Track shipments and assist with resolving shipping discrepancies or delays.
- Maintain inventory accuracy by updating shipping and receiving records.
- Follow workplace safety procedures and company policies at all times.
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Assist with receiving and stocking inventory as needed.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- Must have ship station (Shopify experience a plus)
- Previous warehouse, shipping, receiving, or logistics experience.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with shipping systems and ERP software.
- Ability to read and understand shipping documents and work instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
