Pay: Starting at $17/hour, depending on experience (DOE)

Availability: MUST be available during the day weekdays!

Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Shift Manager to help lead daily store operations, support staff, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced retail setting and has a passion for leadership, organization, and gaming culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day store operations during assigned shifts
• Lead, train, and support team members to ensure high performance and morale
• Delivering outstanding customer service and foster a welcoming store environment
• Manage inventory, including receiving, stocking, and tracking product levels
• Ensure store presentation meets company standards
• Handle customer concerns and resolve issues professionally
• Assist with scheduling, opening/closing procedures, and cash handling
• Support store events and community engagement activities

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of retail management experience
• Minimum 3 years of inventory control experience
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including daytime, evenings, and weekends
• Interest in tabletop gaming or hobby retail is a plus
