Responsibilities
- Manage front desk duties, greeting visitors with professionalism and warmth while maintaining a positive first impression
- Operate phone systems with excellent phone etiquette, directing calls accurately and courteously
- Helping with Title searches and daily tasks at the courthouse
- Notary is a plus
- Handle data entry, filing, and document proofreading to ensure accuracy and organization across all records
- Perform basic bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks Online
- Support customer service efforts by assisting clients or Insurance companies with inquiries, appointment scheduling, and support needs
- Maintain office supplies inventory, coordinate maintenance requests, and ensure a clean, organized workspace at all times
Experience
- Proven office management experience with strong clerical skills in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with computer literacy including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications
- Prior experience working as a receptionist or administrative assistant in Shop or Towing is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to handle phone systems and provide excellent customer support with professionalism and patience
- Bilingual abilities are a plus to effectively serve diverse client needs
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently and manage time effectively
- Experience with bookkeeping or personal assistant responsibilities is advantageous for supporting various administrative functions
