Compensation & Benefits

• $17.00-$19.00 an hour based on experience

Key Responsibilities

Leasing & Sales

• Guide prospective residents from initial inquiry and qualification to touring, application, and move-in
• Prepare and execute lease agreements, addenda, and move-in packages with accuracy and professionalism
• Conduct apartment inspections to ensure units are move-in ready
• Track and report leasing traffic and activity to inform community goals

Resident Experience

• Respond to resident inquiries promptly and professionally across phone, email, and in-person
• Support resident outreach, retention, and renewal efforts to maintain a thriving community
• Contribute to the planning and execution of resident events that reflect the spirit of Spence Crossing
• Address resident concerns with care and urgency, ensuring a consistently positive living experience

Community Operations

• Maintain the leasing office, model units, tour routes, and amenities in show-ready condition at all times
• Uphold community curb appeal and presentation standards
• Conduct monthly market surveys to stay informed on local market trends
• Manage service requests, maintain accurate resident databases, and process move-out documentation

Growth & Development

• Cross-train across leasing, operations, and resident experience to broaden your expertise for potential growth opportunities within Spence Crossing and the Dragas Companies’ portfolio

Qualifications & Skills

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Prior leasing or property management experience preferred
• Customer service experience strongly preferred
• Familiarity with RealPage OneSite software is a plus
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
• Working knowledge of Windows 11 and general office equipment
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships
• Professional demeanor when interacting with residents, prospects, and guests
