You’ll partner across Compliance, Product, Engineering, and Operations teams to evaluate workflows, surface emerging risks, and build scalable analytics solutions that support a rapidly evolving regulatory landscape. The US base salary range for this full-time position is 95,200.00 USD - 119,000.00 USD, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our ranges are determined by role, level, and location. What you’ll do as a Senior Analyst, Compliance
- Drive the strategic analysis of large-scale datasets to identify compliance risks, uncover gaps, and inform decision-making that strengthens regulatory adherence.
- Shape how data informs compliance strategy by translating complex analyses into clear insights that guide cross-functional stakeholders and support critical initiatives.
- Define and execute analytical approaches to monitor high-risk events, including alerting, investigation, and trend analysis to proactively mitigate risk.
- Serve as a trusted partner to Compliance, Product, Engineering, and Operations teams, influencing processes and improving controls across the organization.
- Architect and enhance scalable dashboards, reporting frameworks, and data pipelines that increase visibility into compliance performance and operational health.
- Evaluate and refine compliance workflows by developing KPIs and conducting deep-dive analyses to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of analytics experience, preferably with exposure to compliance, technology, consulting, or e-commerce environments.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and experience working with large datasets, with the ability to independently structure analyses and validate results.
- Experience building dashboards and reporting solutions using tools such as Tableau, Sigma, or similar data visualization platforms.
- Strong understanding of data analysis techniques, including exploratory analysis, data transformation, and statistical methods.
- Proven ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights that influence both technical and non-technical stakeholders, with strong attention to detail and collaboration skills.
