Skills
- Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, ideally with fine dining exposure
- Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Toast POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms for sales processing
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality excellence
- Ability to manage time effectively in a busy setting while multitasking seamlessly
- Basic math skills for processing payments accurately and handling cash transactions confidently
- Knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktail preparation, and beverage service techniques
- Familiarity with food safety protocols, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
- Experience with reservation management tools like OpenTable is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and restaurant revenue
