Draeger is hiring a Senior Marketing Manager - Patient Monitoring to work hybrid in our Telford, PA or Andover, MA office.
We are seeking Senior Marketing Manager to focus on the Medical Division's Patient Monitoring product portfolio. Drive tactical execution of marketing programs for Patient Monitoring. Collaborate with Senior Director, Anesthesia/Monitoring teams, and 3rd party partners to adapt global portfolio positioning and market strategies to the local market, including business planning, product launches, field support, and market knowledge.
Responsibilities
- Implement global strategies developed for Draeger Monitoring communication:
- Consult with global Monitoring teams for approved monitoring strategy.
- Define and put processes in place to implement strategy in North America
- Create documentation for Sales and/or Service
- Educate Sales and Service on how to implement strategy.
- Assist Sales as necessary in the Sales process and with customer relationship
- Manage Patient Monitoring Product Lifecycle:
- Lead product launches of future introductions of patient monitors across all hospital departments
- Assist in adjustment of pricing as determined by the market
- Engage with North American customers and provide upstream product requirements to global R&D teams:
- Lead virtual and on-site customer and Sales support as needed.
- Understand customer perceptions and communicate preferences for future development.
- Create Marketing tools required for clinical positioning of Draeger's enterprise monitoring offerings to potential customers:
- Create Enterprise Monitoring marketing brochures.
- Create Digital Sales Portal templates.
- Assist in quote template creation.
- Assist in the development and implementation of the Marketing Strategy:
- Work alongside the Director of Marketing and other Marketing Managers in the development of the Monitoring marketing strategy
- Collect and provide customer feedback in respect to customer requirements to Telford, Andover, and Luebeck Marketing and Product Management teams.
- Assist in the planning and execution of Trade Shows:
- Contribute to the development and implementation of trade show marketing strategies.
- Support the staging and preparation of equipment and materials for exhibition.
- Attend trade shows as needed to help present and position monitoring technology to prospective customers.
- Performs other duties as needed and assigned.
- Bachelor's degree or relative experience in patient monitoring on vendor side
- MBA's with RN certification and patient monitoring experience in a hospital setting
- 5 years of medical device marketing / product management experience preferred.
- Solid understanding of monitoring technology and hospital networks
- Understanding of current clinical use of patient monitors in the U.S. market
- Presentation skills necessary to effectively communicate and update at a technical level to Hospitals.
- Strong collaborative skills with a strong desire to build relationships among our customers, strategic partners, and research and development.
