What are the responsibilities and job description for the Recruiter/Global Mobility Liaison position at DRA Taggart LLC?
GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF POSITION
Responsible for attracting top talent to support the growth of our organization in the United States and support our global mobility strategy and ensuring smooth transitions for employees relocating from other DRA offices to the United States. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both recruitment and global mobility, with the ability to coordinate with other offices and departments, communicated immigration policies and relocation processes effectively, and understand cultural nuances.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manager the full recruitment process for open positions.
- Create and place job postings
- Actively search for qualified candidates through various channels like job boards, professional networks, employee referrals, and headhunting.
- Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates based on skills, experience, and qualifications.
- Conduct phone, video, and in-person interviews to assess candidate suitability for the role.
- Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants, analyzing response, verifying reference and comparing qualification to job requirements
- Utilize various assessment tools to evaluate candidate skills and potential fit within the company culture.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers, HR teams, legal counsel, and external vendors to facilitate seamless relocations.
- Establish strong relations with hiring manager to understand their needs and effectively present qualified candidates.
- Attend job fairs and hiring events
- Monitor and analyze key recruitment data to identify areas for improvement and optimize the hiring process.
- Acting as the liaison between the employees, HR, Finance, Legal and other departments to effectively communicate immigration and relocation policies and procedures, and manage the relocation process
- Manage global mobility activities for expatriates, domestic, and international transfers
- Assist employees with their relocation needs while in the US
- Coordinate with corporate mobility vendors to ensure employee understanding and compliance with US and home country tax and immigration requirements
EDUCATION/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Bachelor's Degree in Business discipline or equivalent proven experience
- 2-4 years’ experience in recruiting with global mobility or immigration knowledge
- Excellent communications skills and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Experience within a large, complex organizatioN
- MS Office intermediate proficiency – Outlook, MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel
- Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment
- Knowledge of relevant employment laws and regulations
- Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and recruitment strategies
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time while working at a desk or attending virtual meetings.
- Occasionally required to move around the office or attend offsite events (e.g. career fairs networking events, etc.)
- Ability to communicate effectively via phone, video conferencing, and in-person interactions.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 10 -15 lbs. (e.g., recruitment materials or events supplies) as needed
- Occasionally required to travel for recruitment events, conferences, or interviews, which may involve walking, standing, and carrying personal items or materials.
