We are seeking a reliable, patient-focused Lead Dental Assistant to join our team! It is an excellent opportunity for a new graduate or an assistant looking to sharpen their skills while enjoying a schedule designed for work-life balance.
Key Responsibilities Clinical & Chairside Assisting
- Provide high-quality chairside assisting during dental procedures.
- Support the clinical team with daily operatory setup, breakdown, and sterilization protocols.
- Take digital dental X-rays as needed.
- Ensure patients feel comfortable, informed, and well cared for throughout their visit.
Ideal Candidate
- X-ray Certification: Required.
- Clinical Mindset: Passionate about hands-on patient care and chairside assisting.
- Strong Communication: Friendly, professional, and clear communicator.
- Team Player: Reliable, organized, and eager to learn and grow.
- Experience Level: New graduates are welcome and encouraged to apply!
