What are the responsibilities and job description for the Medical Assistant/Receptionist position at Dr. Vitkins Weight Reduction and Control Clinic?
We are looking for an office assistant that is helpful and team orientated. This is a part time position. Our ideal candidate has a warm personality, excellent phone skills and customer service experience and medical office experience. The ability to draw blood for labs is required.
- General office duties will include:
- Answer Phones and call backs
- Schedule Appointments
- inventory control
- Check in/Check out patients on Physician days
- HIPAA
- blood collection
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
