Dr. Timothy Groths office is a team of medical professional who provide efficient and effective Chiropractic and Pain Management Care. Duties included for medical reception:
- Checking in/out a high volume of patients
- Answering high volume phone calls as well as making outbound calls.
- Collecting copayments/ balances
- Ensuring demographics/ insurance are up to date
- Preparing paperwork/ work flow for next day
- Scheduling appointments/ follow-ups
- Documentation in EMR
- Obtaining medical records from other facilities
- Other miscellaneous tasks asked of you by providers/managers
The right candidate should be highly proficient in multitasking as this job is very face-paced and demanding. You should be able to work well under pressure, be very organized, motivated by patient care and be able to communicate well to patients and coworkers in person and via phone. We are looking for someone who has initiative, problem solving skills, pays attention to detail and who is a self-starter who would be a great asset to our team!
This Position will be asked to work mostly in Shirley but may be asked to cover other locations.
